Human Resources Manager

In this role, you will be in charge of ensuring that the members of Portal have the necessary skills and competence to achieve our ambitious goals. You will therefore work with a lot of different people in different scenarios where no situation is the same. You will be central in the recruitment and onboarding process and support a culture for growth and value creation.

What you will learn:

How to improve and develop organizational structure and culture.
Recruitment strategies and introduce new members to the organization, providing clarity and connection between employees and their role in relation to the overall vision.
Handle confidential matters with discretion.
Of course, rocket science!

Prerequisites:

Fluent in English and Norwegian.
Willingness to learn new concepts.
Student in Oslo that wants to gain practical experience with HR.
Motivated, engaged, curious, and not afraid of responsibility.
Tolerant and patient.
