About the role
We are looking for an intrapreneurial and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to help grow our student association through strong partnerships and sponsorships. In this role, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with current sponsors, reconnecting with previous partners, and identifying exciting new collaboration opportunities.
You will takes initiative, think creatively and enjoy turning ideas into results. You understand how to create win-win partnerships and can represent the association in a professional and energetic way.
What You'll Do

Identify, approach, and secure new sponsors and business partners

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing sponsors

Re-engage previous sponsors and explore renewed collaboration opportunities

Develop tailored partnership proposals and sponsorship packages

Negotiate agreements and ensure sponsor satisfaction

Work closely with the board and operations department

Seek innovative ways to generate value for both sponsors and members

Prerequisites

Fluent in English and Norwegian.

Tolerant and patient.

Must be enrolled at a higher education institution in Oslo.

Open to bachelor students (all years), 1st-year master's students, one-year programme students, and single subject students.

Must be able to commit to at least two semesters with the expected weekly workload.

No prior experience required — but motivation, curiosity, and responsibility are essential!
