Creative Producer

About the role

As a Creative Producer at Portal Space, you'll help shape how we tell our story — to the public, to students, and to partners. Whether you're into graphic design, video production, or social media, this role gives you the chance to create engaging content that builds our brand and supports everything from recruitment to industry collaboration.

 

No prior experience is required — just creativity, curiosity, and a desire to grow your skills through hands-on work.

What You'll Do

  • Designing visual content for social media, presentations, and promotional materials.

  • Producing and editing video content for reels, recruitment, and event coverage.

  • Managing and planning social media content across multiple platforms.

  • Supporting the development of a strong and consistent visual identity and brand.

  • Collaborating with team leads to communicate technical work in an accessible way.

Prerequisites

  • Must be enrolled at a higher education institution in Oslo.

  • Open to bachelor students (all years), 1st-year master's students, one-year programme students, and single subject students.

  • Must be able to commit to at least two semesters with the expected weekly workload.

  • Fluent in English.

  • No prior experience required — but motivation, curiosity, and responsibility are essential!
