Human Resources Manager

In this role, you will be in charge of ensuring that the members of Portal have the necessary skills and competence to achieve our ambitious goals. You will therefore work with a lot of different people in different scenarios where no situation is the same. You will be central in the recruitment and onboarding process and support a culture for growth and value creation. 

​What you will learn:

  • How to improve and develop organizational structure and culture.

  • Recruitment strategies and introduce new members to the organization, providing clarity and connection between employees and their role in relation to the overall vision.

  • Handle confidential matters with discretion. 

  • Of course, rocket science! 

Prerequisites: 

  • Fluent in English and Norwegian.

  • Willingness to learn new concepts. 

  • Student in Oslo that wants to gain practical experience with HR.

  • Motivated, engaged, curious, and not afraid of responsibility.

  • Tolerant and patient.

Office Location:

  • Fysisk Institutt, Blindern.

Work Hours:

  • Approximately 5-15 hours per week, with flexible options.

Duration:

  • A minimum commitment of two semesters.


Prerequisites:

  • Must be enrolled as a student at a higher education institution in Oslo. We are accepting bachelors (across all years), 1st year masters and one-year programmes/single subjects students.

  • Able to commit to the given working hours.

  • Motivated and interested in learning new things! Our experience shows that almost anything can be learned if you have the interest and the willingness to dive into it.
