As a structures member, you will be part of and responsible for the design, ordering, and production of vital rocket components such as tanks, valves, rocket body, and support structures for testing and launching. You will need to acquire both theoretical and practical skills, as well as be flexible in the face of new and unforeseen challenges.
Prepare ground support at the test site.
Work on developing new systems, and maintain old ones with a focus on one or more of the following:
P&ID and Design.
Find and test new components.
Design and manufacture propellant tanks.
Design and build structures for the rocket body.
Build support structures for rocket testing.
Documentation of decisions.
Student in Oslo who wants to learn more about rocket science.
Must be willing to learn manufacturing and design.
Are flexible when it comes to handling new and unforeseen challenges.
Practical experience (such as welding and machining) is valued, but not required.
Have an interest in innovation, rocket engineering, and mechanics.
Result-oriented with a focus on simple and practical solutions.
Motivated, engaged, curious, and are not afraid of responsibility.
Technical and challenging projects.
